In this class, students will learn the basic process of wet felting which creates wool fabric by layering raw wool fibers, adding warm soapy water and a little elbow grease. We will make a number of felt creations such as sculptural vases and flowers, or 2 dimensional items like bags and painterly tapestries. The felting process is simple but can be very versatile which makes it a great opportunity for parents and children to work together side by side.
